Toto Capital’s delivers creative financing solutions primarily to technology-based companies that offer significant upside potential and short to medium term liquidity.
Toto Capital is engaged with companies that are already trading on a public market or are in the process of going public. In specific circumstances, Toto will leverage its in-house experience and network to assist companies in going public in a short period of time where required. Ideally, companies with breakthrough technologies and existing revenues of between $1mil and $10mil are considered but Toto Capital will invest outside these parameters subject to an optimal deal structure.
